Solicit reviews using a spot form
With spot Reviews, collect valuable feedback and route customers to the appropriate public review link. For ratings of 4 or 5 stars , we route the customer to the public review system you’ve chosen (Google Reviews). For ratings of 1 to 3, we request customers to provide feedback. This feedback is then sent to your team for review.

How to share review links
This can be done in a few ways, outlined below:
- Add /review to any of your location-specific spot pages. These links can be used in your communications, on your website, anywhere really!
- Add a button to your spot pages. If interested, reach out to your swivl account manager so they can make this update for you
- Automate texts and emails that include these links to your tenants around move in and move out. This is an Innovator feature, check out this page for more information: FMS: Review Solicitations
- Use our ad hoc texting feature to send to one or more tenants on the fly by choosing the “spot Review Link” follow on action. Documentation of this Innovator feature can be found here: SMS Campaigns
Tracking
All ratings and reviews are added to your Review Manager with a designator that they came from spot:
4-5 ⭐️ ratings will automatically redirect the user to the URL in your “Google Review URL” column for that store in Store Finder.
Any ratings below 4 ⭐️ will be recorded and are included in your monthly analytics report.
