Hours

Specify the operating hours for your properties and call center.

 

💡 Reminder: we use an inheritance system that allows you to customize settings for your entire Org, Groups, and Individual Locations. More on that here.

To manage the operating hours for your properties and call centers:

  1. Go to Property Manager.
  2. Make sure you've selected the Org, Group, or Location you want to make changes to.
  3. Open the Details tab.
  4. Select Hours.
  5. Click EDIT in the top right corner.
  6. Configure the following hours:
    • Location Hours: Set the opening and closing times for your physical location.
    • Access Hours: Specify when access to your property is permitted.
    • Call Center Hours: Define the operating hours for your call center.
  7. Click Done to save your changes!

What do these hours mean?

  • Location Hours: hours that your on-site office is open. If you do not have an office, please add a note here. i.e. "This is a remotely managed facility and has no office"
  • Access Hours: hours that customers have access to the facility and their units.
  • Call Center Hours: hours that your call center is available for calls and chats.
