Voice Leads

swivl now detects sales intent in voice calls and logs the interaction as a lead, even if the caller doesn’t complete the entire phone flow. This ensures your team never misses an opportunity to follow up.

What’s Captured in the Lead Notification

You’ll receive an email that includes:

  • Caller name and phone number

  • Associated store

  • Lead intent (e.g., interested in a unit)

  • Lead type (e.g., potential customer)

  • Direct links to:

    • The full chat transcript (no login required)

    • The full conversation history (login required)

Who Receives Lead Emails?

By default, email receipts are sent to:

  • The Location Email and DM Email are listed under Property Manager > Details > Location Information

Need to add more recipients?

  • Go to Cortex > Customer Profile > Leads

  • Add additional emails in the Email recipients field, separated by commas.
