- Lead generation - we have the ability to take information that a user has provided to your bot like their name, email address, phone number, and/or zip code and create a new lead in your FMS
- Decide which types of leads you’d like sent to your FMS in the FMS: Leads section of My Storage
- Gate code - if a user’s chatting with your bot and asks about their gate code, we can send it to them after verifying some information
- Look up customer information - we use this for a number of reasons. One example is checking to see if a user’s bill is past due and informing them
- Account balance - if a user’s chatting with your bot and asks about their account balance, we can send it to them after verifying some information
