swivl CRM
Our CRM, or Customer Relationship Manager, stores users’ names, email addresses, phone numbers, and zip codes whenever they are provided. This feature is turned on for majority of our customers. Learn more here: Managing Leads
FMS Integration
Is swivl linked with your Facility Management System? (SiteLink, StorEdge, SSM, or Hummingbird) This allows us to show available inventory and send leads into that system.
swivl Inventory Carousel
Our Inventory Carousel communicates with your FMS in order to display real-time inventory to your customers. If FMS Integration is turned on, this should be too.
Gate Code Integration
When a user asks for their gate code, would you like us to send it to their email address and/or phone number on file in your FMS?
Unit Number Integration
When a user asks for their unit number, would you like us to send it to their email address and/or phone number on file in your FMS?
swivl Live Chat
Our live chat feature enables your agents to chat with bot users in real-time. If you don’t have a team of agents that will be available for a few hours each day you’ll want to turn this off.
Custom CTA Messages
When users click on your Call to Action, do you want them to see custom messaging? This is useful if your CTA encourages users to click on your bot to receive a promotion and you need to provide instructions around how to take advantage of the offer (use code _____ at checkout).
After Navigate Messages

Google Review Solicitations (Gated)
Are your properties setup with Google Reviews? We’ll redirect users who say they’ve had a positive experience with one of your stores to the Google Review URL from Store Finder.
