To ensure your chatbot provides the best possible customer experience, you need to equip it with the right information. This involves customizing the responses it delivers to various user queries.

How to Customize Responses:

  1. Navigate to Property Manager.
  2. Go to the Cortex tab.
  3. Starting from the Access page, work your way down through the worksheets.
  4. Review the default responses provided.
  5. Customize any responses that don't align with your business by editing the text fields.

Using Variables

To access a list of available variables in swivl to personalize your bot's responses, simply type the "#" symbol. This will allow you to enhance your chatbot's interactions with users. Here’s an example: try typing "#phone" to pull up the list of available phone numbers.
