This section allows you to customize the messages users see when clicking on your Call to Action. This feature is designed to help you drive conversions and engagement with your users by providing them with clear instructions.
Many of our customers mention an incentive on their Call to Action and use these messages to outline the steps a user needs to take to take advantage of the offer. Example: if your call to action says “Receive 10% off by chatting now!” your messaging here may say “Thanks for chatting. Use code SWIVL at checkout to receive your 10% discount.”
