Send customers their unit numbers via SMS, email, or both

Navigate to the “Org Features” section of the Property Manager Details tab and toggle Unit Number Integration ON.
Within the “Unit Number” section of the Cortex tab, choose which channel you’d like to send to and customize the SMS message:
The SMS message will come from your Twilio phone number, so ensure that it’s set up properly (text the number and make sure you receive a reply).
Emails are sent from a tryswivl.com address and they will look like this:
