Never miss a notification when you turn on browser based push notifications.
The advantage of using browser push notifications is that whenever an escalation is assigned to you, whether you're active in the Conversations tab or you have it minimized, you'll still know when someone needs your attention.
For best performance, we recommend using the Google Chrome browser.
Step 1
Navigate to https://v3.swivl.studio/settings/account
Step 2
Your browser should present an alert that looks like this. Select Allow.
Step 3
On the same account page, you will now see a button to Enable push notifications. Click Enable.
Step 4
Your browser should display another alert. Select OK.
Step 5
Push notifications should now be turned on 🎉 If for any reason you need to turn them off in the future, navigate back to the My Account page and select the Disable Push Notifications button.
You can also test to make sure notifications are working by selecting the Send Test Push button.
