  3. They enter the referral's info - swivl asks for the referral's name and phone number.

  4. They verify their identity - The customer provides their own phone number and confirms it with a one-time code sent by text.
  5. Done! - swivl confirms the referral was received and lets them know you'll be in touch with their referral soon.

What happens next?

Once a referral is submitted, an email receipt is automatically sent to the store and district manager with the subject line: swivl <> [Your Company Name] Referral

The email includes:

  • Referral's name and phone number
  • Referrer's name, phone number, email, and store
  • A link to the conversation (login required) plus a public transcript link that expires after 72 hours - so don't wait too long!
