      Resetting a Transcript Link

      Renew a link for 72 hours

      By default, when an email receipt is sent, the transcript link is valid for 72 hours. Anyone with the link can view the transcript, whether they are logged in to swivlStudio or not. If someone tries to access the link after 72 hours, they will encounter the following error message:

      To reset the link, a manager needs to follow these steps:
      1. Find the user in Conversations
      2. Click the ellipses (...) next to their name
      3. Select TRANSCRIPT LINK from the options

      This will extend the link’s validity for another 72 hours.
      Furthermore, if a link is still active, you can easily reset its expiration to 72 hours by clicking RENEW LINK?
