We've added some variety to our menus to keep things fresh! If a user sees a menu for the second time, they'll get a different set of options. Below, you'll find a breakdown of the changes to the menu options for repeat visits.
Note: these screenshots assume that live chat is turned on. If it’s turned off, “Chat with an Agent” will be replaced by “Contact Customer Service.” Other options may vary slightly depending on your My Storage settings
