# Taking advantage of secondary menu options

## Don't show the same menu of options more than once

ℹ️  To take advantage of this feature, reach out to your swivl account manager.

 

We've added some variety to our menus to keep things fresh! If a user sees a menu for the second time, they'll get a different set of options. Below, you'll find a breakdown of the changes to the menu options for repeat visits.

**Note**: these screenshots assume that live chat is turned on. If it’s turned off, “Chat with an Agent” will be replaced by “Contact Customer Service.” Other options may vary slightly depending on your My Storage settings
