Resetting an Agent's Password

Help an agent update their login credentials

We recommend having the agent reset their own password. Instructions can be found here: Resetting your swivlStudio Password
If for some reason they need you to reset it for them, follow the steps below.
  1. Navigate to the Members section of Settings (https://swivl.studio/settings/users)
  2. Click on the name of the agent
  3. Go to the ACCOUNT tab
  4. Select Reset Password

An email will be automatically generated and sent to the user. It will come from no-reply@tryswivl.com:

When they follow the link, they’ll be asked to create a new password and confirm the new password. Have them click “Change Password” when finished.

When the password change goes through, they’ll be informed.
