If you want each of your Google Review replies to be unique, we recommend making use of our generative AI model (tutorial found here: Google Reviews). However, if you prefer the convenience of templates, which are especially useful when batch replying, those can be set here:
When it's time to reply to a review, simply open the quick reply drawer and pick the template that suits your needs. The message will instantly appear in the text box, leaving you with just one click to publish your reply!
