Installing the chat code
Once your embed codes are looking the way you’d like, it’s time to install them on all pages of your website!
Installing swivl.js is super simple. All you need to do is copy a couple of lines of JavaScript (which we’ll send you) and paste them anywhere in the </body> section of your website.

Potential tenants might have questions while browsing your Storage Services page or looking at your Storage Size Guide. Your swivl chatbot can be there to assist them right away, regardless of their entry point.
Seamless Navigation and Consistent Experience
Your swivl chatbot might direct users to other pages like the Payment Portal, "About Us" page, or Insurance Information. Having it on all pages ensures a smooth and consistent experience by maintaining context throughout their journey.
It also interacts with leads and tenants across different channels (web, text, etc.) and website sections. A piecemeal rollout (installing on select pages) can create an inconsistent experience. For example, someone can start a conversation on a Location Page and get redirected to the Login Page for further information. If swivl is not present on the Login Page, the conversation flow might be disrupted.
