Help your bot understand where things live on your website
Incorporating these URLs is essential for enabling your automated bot to navigate your website effectively. For instance, if a customer inquires about how to pay their bill, it's crucial to have the correct URL readily available to direct them.
💡 Reminder: we use an inheritance system that allows you to customize settings for your entire Org, Groups, and Individual Locations. More on that here.
Follow these steps to set up URLs for key features in your property manager:
- Go to Property Manager.
- Make sure you've selected the Org, Group, or Location you want to make changes to.
- Navigate to the Details tab and select Important URLs.
- Click Edit in the top right corner.
- Select the features your property offers by turning the toggle ON.
- For each selected feature, a URL field will appear below in the Important URLs section.
- Enter the appropriate URL in the field.
- When finished, select DONE in the top right.
Example: If you enable Account Login, you'll need to provide the URL for your account login page. Without this link, your automated bot won't know what URL to send customers to when they ask questions about logging in.
