Gate Code Integration

Send customers their gate code via SMS, email, or both

Within the “Org Features” section of the Property Manager Details tab, toggle “Gate Code Integration” ON:
 
Within the “Gate Code” section of the Cortex tab, choose which channel you’d like to send to and customize the SMS message:
 
 
The SMS message will come from your Twilio phone number, so ensure that it’s set up properly (text the number and make sure you receive a reply).
 
Emails are sent from a tryswivl.com address and they will look like this:
