Generate API Credentials in DoorSwap
API credentials act like a password, allowing us to securely send and retrieve customer information from your FMS. Create an API user for swivl in DoorSwap like you add any other user in the Staff Manager. Just be sure to check “API” in the user access section:
Add DoorSwap to swivlStudio
- To get started, navigate to Settings > FMS Integrations.
- Hover over DoorSwap and click +ADD DOORSWAP
- A new row will be added beneath Active Integrations. Select EDIT on the far right
4. In the left panel you can rename the integration and adjust other chat settings, such as the size and descriptions of your small, medium, large, and extra large units
5. The right panel is where you’ll provide your API credentials, with options to make this your default integration and to remove this integration above
Review Leads
Our leads will populate into the Leads section of your DoorSwap account. To get there, choose Customers from the Dashboard then select Leads.
A Reservations window will open. You can sort by Unit Type, Date Created, Status, and more by clicking the name of the appropriate column. Our leads come through with Status = Lead. Select a customer then click “Edit Reservation...” to learn more.
A Reservation Info window will open. Here is what one of our leads looks like. Notice that the Reservation Source is Website Lead.
