The Right Panel in the Conversations view provides detailed information about the selected user and allows for easy management of their data. Here’s what you can do:
User Variables
The rightmost panel displays any available information about the selected user.
- Editable Fields: You can edit user variables by entering new text into the fields and clicking Save.
- This feature ensures you always have up-to-date information on your users.
Send to HubSpot
If your system is integrated with HubSpot:
- A “Send to HubSpot” button will appear above the variable fields.
- Clicking this button sends all linked variables to your HubSpot account, keeping your CRM up-to-date seamlessly.
