Clearing Browser Cache
Hard reset your browser if something's broken
If things aren’t working as expected, you may need to clear your cache For example, if you’re stuck on a “spinning Hoover” screen you’ll want to follow the steps below.
- In Chrome, right-click anywhere on the webpage and select Inspect
- Navigate to the Application tab
- Select Storage
- Select Clear Site Data
- Close the inspect panel (but stay on the page) and hard refresh the page
- Windows: ctrl + shift + R
- Mac: command + shift + R
